Founder of SubGravity and Dive Addicts, Randy Thornton has been actively involved with technical diving, specifically CCR diving for many years. As a TDI & IANTD CCR Advanced Mixed Gas Instructor Trainer and a CCR Full Cave Instructor, Randy is one of the most in demand CCR instructor trainers in the world. Randy is also a member of the TDI Training Advisory Panel as well as an Instructor Trainer Evaluator. An active explorer and underwater photographer, Randy’s travels take him to many unique corners of the world including Bikini Atoll, Truk Lagoon, Mexico, Grand Cayman, Bonaire, Papua New Guinea, Thailand, Italy, Greece, Great Lakes, Sweden, Finland, Indonesia, and many other locations. Randy’s true passion is cave and wreck diving, so more often than not, you will find him diving in the dark!
